Cities: Mulberry Mulberry Mulberry Indiana (2000 population = 1,387) is located in Madison Township, in western Clinton County. The town was laid out in 1858 by William Perrin. Mulberry is located at the intersection of Indiana 38 and County Road 850W, about a mile north of the South Fork of Wildcat Creek. In 1886, according to the History of Clinton County, Indiana, Mulberry was home to three blacksmiths, a jeweler, a tinshop, and several general stores.
